Patient admission

In view of the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic and the decisions of the Confederation on 1 April 2022, we inform you of the changes in measures valid from 5 April 2022.

Thus, the wearing of a surgical mask must be maintained in the clinic (cloth masks are not allowed), by patients in common areas and corridors, but also by visitors, during the entire duration of their visit.

It is also important that good hand hygiene is ensured from the moment of entry (a dispenser of hydro-alcoholic solution is available at the entrance to the clinic).

Visits are always limited in time and number within the allotted hours (from 11:00 to 20:00). Each patient may receive a maximum of 2 visits per day and each visit must not exceed one hour.

During these visits, it is essential to ensure that visitors keep their distance from each other in their rooms.

At the entrance to the clinic, we remind you that the barrier gestures must continue to be respected.

We thank you in advance for respecting these new rules and remain at your disposal in case of questions at +41 (0)22 570 50 50.

Thank you for your understanding.

The clinic has agreements with most of the major insurers, which can
thus guarantee your stay in private or semi-private, according to your contract.
In the event that your insurance covers only part of your
stay, the financial terms will be sent to you before your arrival.
A security deposit will be requested.

We also welcome patients who do not have Swiss insurance, each request being the subject of a quote.

Visiting times are set to allow the organization of your care and your rest: every day from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (except in the current health context, where these are authorized from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.).

We thank you for ensuring that these schedules are respected for the peace of our patients and the smooth running of the care. If you want to share a meal (lunch or dinner) with one of your relatives or friends, you just have to make a request the day before at reception.

Prepare your discharge

The day of discharge is decided in consultation with you and your doctor. All administrative and medical documents will be given to you by the nurse.

Hospital costs
The invoice will be sent directly to your insurance.

Personal expenses
Telephone calls, drinks in the room or at the bar or any other expense not covered by your insurance will have to be paid on site on the day of your outing.
